Description

Here is a vintage watercolor fashion portrait depicting a flapper woman measuring about 10 by 17" framed and 5" by 12" without the frame.
I believe that it is French and has a watercolor skin tone and  likely sharpie coloring for the dress.
On the side is an ink depiction of the dress as it would look without the model
