    Description

    Henri Gautier Virtuoso:
    These were sold by Lyon & Healy and made by Bohland & Fuchs of Austria; most from the 1920s. The 1912 L&H catalog does not list them but they probably started selling them in the teens.
    This particular horn is serial #20406. It has two Bb receivers, 1 A receiver, and Bb+A 3rd valve slides. It's free
    blowing
    and has a nice warm vintage cornet tone without being too dark or spread. With a good polish this will be a fine looking instrument
