Alaskan Outhouse Industrial Toilet Seat

So here's the most industrial toilet seat that may ever grace your "off the grid" outhouse. I have configured this seat so that it merely screws down directly onto your plywood seat area with 4 included screws, stays put (see last 2 photos above).  The seat does have 4 plastic bumpers, but they could be removed to help odor proof the outhouse, direct wood on wood. The top lid features 1/2 of an old cast iron barn door hinge, complete with rust patina and vanishing yellow paint. We have custom made the top lid hinge so that top lid sits snuggly against the bottom seat to hold-in odors.  If buyer makes any adjustments (additions/subtractions, gaskets) to the height of the bottom seat and top lid, the steel hinge height may also need to be adjusted/modified.
