Bach vintage #3 trumpet mouthpiece

Bach vintage #3 trumpet mouthpiece. Here is what I believe to be an old, vintaged Bach mouthpiece it came to me in a trumpet case I bought some time ago, (and it was never mentioned in the add) it is definitely a true 3 diameter. Whoever did the work turning it into a screw rim did a beautiful job the meeting place can hardly be noticed at all, personally I think it comes from an early era perhaps 1920s maybe older, but this is my opinion I just matched it up to some pictures on the Bach Loyalist site, I never touched it as far as the plating goes all I did was just polish it with some wright's silver polish. as far as the rim goes it looks like a Mt.Vernon rim to me but I could be wrong. Although it plays real nice great sound well balanced nice feel on the chops, not as deep as I would think a #3 should be its more like a 3C at least that's what I think. there are a few scratches body, but it really looks better in person, the rim and cup are flawless, nice easy on and off screw rim. and my other Bach rims match up to it pretty good. actually, almost perfect which is rare. but that's about it, she sounds and plays really well, Seller accepts no returns unless this mouthpiece arrives to you differently than the description or as the pictures depict. all offers welcome shipping is free!
