Bob Reeves, two piece, 40S trumpet mouthpiece in silver, stock. Has never been dropped, damaged or re-plated. The threads of the rim are clean and like new. The shank is the standard, solid #4 Reeves shank. This mouthpiece is in "out of the box, like new" slightly used condition; it has barely been played upon. Rim inner diameter: 40/64", .625", 15.875mm. Rim contour: Semi-flat with a medium-sharp bite. Rim description from the Bob Reeves catalogue: "the 40 rim is functionally similar to Bach Mount Vernon 10 1/2C, Bach 11 3/4 C, 17, and Schilke 6 rims." The cup is an "S" cup which is a Shallow bowl shaped cup. The cup depth measures .215". Throat (drill, bore): #28. The backbore is the #2 standard, Reeves backbore.
