    This mouthpiece is in NEW condition and is unsold inventory from my Father-in-law's recently closed music store. I does not have any of the original packaging as he had a mouthpiece display that all his mouthpieces were stored.  There are some very minor signs of "shelf-ware" from being moved around but I don't believe it's ever been inserted into a horn.
