We offer free and fast shipping to US addresses within the 48 states via UPS, FEDEX or USPS, at our option. Contact us for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, or PO Box shipping requests. In many cases we are able to honor free shipping to these locations.
Items are shipped within 1 business day from time payment clears. Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 4 days. Contact us for expedited shipping requests prior to placing your order. We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to Florida since our headquarters is located in Florida.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hrs for instructions.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us through eBay messaging as soon as possible. Unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged following the guidelines outlined below.
All merchandise returns are subject to a detailed inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted (do not alter or adhere labels to retail packaging). The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees to return the merchandise.
A minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date the order is placed. We will ship a replacement or issue a refund for defective items.
