The bag slips easily over the bottom of the crutch and slides up to a comfortable position directly under the hand grips. Two strips inside the elastic backing grip the crutch frame holding the bag securely in place. In addition to the elastic backing, the Krutch Kaddy also comes with 2 velcro straps that allow it to be used if and when you no longer require the use of crutches.
