Custom mouthpiece made for San Francisco trumpet player Mark Benson.
Mark had such a positive experience with a custom mouthpiece we had made for him that he decided to commission another. This time he was looking for a very dark symphonic sound but still wanted to have some flexibility and ease. The result was this heavy, yet graceful mouthpiece with a large diameter cup.

Elegant heavy weight blank - about 212 g / 7.5 oz.
Bold and dark! Consistent tone and good intonation throughout its range. Comfortable rim. This mouthpiece has a # 29 throat, feels balanced, and slots firmly.
