    Description of item...
    Here we have a beautiful fine quality faience earthenware 2-piece handpaintet STRAWBERRY STRAINER BOWL SET designed by MOTTAHEDEH of Italy displaying a dainty berry and leaf pattern on the bowl which acts as a strainer along with an underliner plate also with the textured leaf pattern on a creamy white faience background. The bowl with three feet measures approx. 7-1/2" in top diameter x 3" side high ~ plate measures proxy. 7-3/4" in diameter. Both pieces are in excellent maintained (barely/hardly used) condition with no chips or cracks or crazing, no damage noted.
    The bottoms are marked, "A Mottahedeh design ~ Italy" and "ITALY in green. Came from a well cared for private home collection of some years, however the exact age is unknown. This item weighs approx. 1-1/4 lbs., add 2-3/4 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material.  I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased.
