Warranty
If you have a problem with your Prism Lift, simply call one of our expert customer service representatives, and they will arrange to have the necessary parts for repair sent to your residence or to a technician. Every effort will be made to return your Prism Lift to working condition in the shortest time possible.
The following parts will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, for the following allowable time periods from the date of purchase.  The following parts are warranted to be free of defect in materials and workmanship:
Five Years: Motor and gear box
One Year: Parts, components and labor
90 Days: Batteries
Exclusions: Parts that need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear
Additional shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, US APO/FPO, US Protectorates.
Due to our compliance with Health and Safety regulations we cannot accept returns on any and all slings.
At Hutchison Medical, our goal is to ensure that you always select the right product for your needs.  However, you may occasionally receive a product that does not work for you.  If you need to return an item, please review our Return Policy below and submit an online Return Authorization Request.
Return Policy: All products require a 10% restocking fee for returns.  Customer must pay for return shipping.  All products must be in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:
Product must be in new condition.  For example, no cracks, scratches, unclean or any indications of usage.
Product must be returned in its original packaging.
A Return Merchandise Authorization must be requested from Hutchison Medical within 30 days of delivery of the product.Once an RMA has been received, products must be returned within 14 days
