Polypropylene Rack, 6x12 Array, 6.3mm holes

Description

This sturdy rack was created for a mysterious purpose. The gap between platforms is 13 mm. Each hole in the top platform is about 6.3 mm, as said in the Condition Description, penetrating through the center of a larger depression (13 mm diameter, on the top face). A similar arrangement is present on the lower platform, except that the hole does not go through. The platforms are 6 or 7 mm thick.
If you know what this is for, great! It's not likely to be for PCR tubes, as the photos indicate.
