5 piece mouthpiece set. 4 gold rim/cups and one shank.  Rims measure 16.4 16.6, 16.8, 17.0 mm. (as best I can measure) There is no manufacture noticeable on any parts.
Nice kit, new old stock.  have some fun at a great price.
