    Description

    Mottahedeh introduced the exquisite Tobacco Leaf pattern in 1985. It was designed in conjunction with the Metropolitan Museum of Art based on 18th century examples in their collection. The Chinoiserie motifs are common on Chinese export pieces from that period. It is a very vibrant pattern. The pattern is highlighted with gold accents. This listing is for a bread and butter plate. This plate is perfectly suited for small desserts or appetizers. The plate is 6 7/8” in diameter. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, crazing, repairs, or utensil marks. It was used sparingly if at all. It is fully marked as shown. The price is for one plate and you can buy up to the number remaining.
