All the used electric skateboard can not be returned, if you meet any quality problems after receiving the board within 3 months, we would be appreciated if you could directly contact with us in the message box to get the solution instead of opening return request, we will always try our best to help you.

The range of different level skateboard is different. Our engineer will divide the three level used board by the battery capacity and the damaged condition.However, we will replace the new battery in the board which is fully damaged or only can go 3-4 miles.
The second-hand electric skateboards are divided into three levels.
Level A ( 0 ): The skateboards are nearly mint-condition almost new. The PU wheels are not as bright as the new board. Scratches may exist in small parts.
Our engineers have patiently checked every parts of the skateboards and make sure they are in good condition.
Moreover, the pictures in different levels shown above are
just for your reference and
may not be the product you receive because we will send the skateboard randomly. Different skateboard has different wear degree. If you don’t mind it, the used skateboard is a better choice which is valued for money. If you are a perfectionist, please think carefully before you act.
About Package
The parts in the box such as the remote, charger and T-tool are in simple package which are packed by the bubble pack.
WARRANTY
All the second-hand motorized skateboards can not be returned.
We will no longer provide you the warranty if you open the battery case and try to repair the board by yourself.
SKATEBOLT provides 3-month warranty for the quality issue to all the second-hand skateboards. The wear parts are not included(eg: PU wheels, grip, motor, etc). We will no longer provide you free maintenance if you change the products or repair them by yourself. We provide you paid maintenance if they are damaged by yourself.
You need to bear the round trip shipping fee if you send the board back for repairing.Besides, if the parts need to be replaced during repairing, you have to pay for it.
If products over 3 months, we can provide paid maintenance service,you can return it to SKATEBOLT service center for repairing or SKATEBOLT can send the accessories to you and repair them by yourself.The price is equal with the skatebolt official website.
Level B ( 0 ): The skateboards are eighty percent new. There are many existed scratches on the PU wheels and the cell box.
Level C( 0 )
: It is 50%-60% new.
