Mt. Vernon mouthpieces are well known for being fantastic. This one has certainly seen some love and wear. It will need quite a bit of work before ready for play. The plating is very worn and it will probably need to be replated. The small shank has also seen some solder and has cracked at some point. Depending on the horn, this may affect playability. The cup and rim are in decent shape, but still has signs of wear. It is sold as is.
