Vincent Bach Corp Mt Vernon NY Size 7C Vintage Cornet Mouthpiece - Gold
Vincent Bach was a rare combination of artist and engineer. A mechanical genius and acclaimed trumpet soloist, his instruments and mouthpieces are used today in every major studio and orchestra in the world. Bach personally designed the tools and composed the plans that continue to set the high standards for making all Bach parts today.
Please Note: This vintage gold-plated mouthpiece dates from the early 1960s and is in very good shape for the age. The smooth rim is in excellent condition. Exterior shows minor scratches and very tiny pitting. Very small scrape at bottom of bowl exterior at the throat, a couple of very small plier marks below throat. Shaft tip is straight but shows evidence of repair. Overall in great shape both functionally and visually, as any cosmetic flaws are hardly noticed. As it is, this mouthpiece is in great shape where it counts. Item has been cleaned and will serve you well. This is your chance to pick up a vintage piece in gold for less.
